No message this week as we had an unplanned, extended time of worship.

Nunsy should be back next week with #3 of 'The Holy Spirit in the New Covenant.'

The healing of the centurion’s servant.

There is a lie perpetuated within religious regimes that says that we have to perform good works to be blessed by God.

The truth of the Word of God however, is that we are not worthy by our good works but only by the finished work of Jesus on the cross, and by what Jesus speaks out.

Listen today as Pastor Vic uses the example of the healing of the centurion's servant to declare the truth of the Word as it shows us a 'picture' of the New Covenant.

Words of edification, exhortation and comfort. #2

Pastor John Donnelly, and his wife Sue, of Glen Aros Church, were our guests today.

Sue spoke briefly before the main message from John. John spoke words of edification, exhortation and comfort through a message that was challenging and encourageing.

A time of ministry is at the end of the message; we pray that you will be blessed not only by the message itself, but also by the time of ministry at the end. John speaks clearly, with encouragement, into peoples' lives.

The Holy Spirit in the New Covenant. #2

As born again believers, the Word of God tells us that, 'And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.' [Acts 2:4]

In Acts 8:17 we read, 'Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.', and in Acts 19:6 we read, 'And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.'

Are you confused when it comes to how the Holy Spirit is referred to in the Word? Have you ever considered the 'terminology' with reference to the Holy Spirit?

Nunsy Cameron gives insight into the work of the Holy Spirit in, and through, born again believers and, once again, we are shown that we have a personal responsibility in our relationship with God, through Jesus!

The Holy Spirit in the New Covenant. #1

Nunsy Cameron brings this week's message as she starts a new series about the Holy Spirit.

As a born again believer you are filled with the power of the Holy Spirit and you are responsible for how that power manifests.

Hear how all born again believers have been made fit, by Jesus' finished work of the cross, to manifest the power of the Holy Spirit. However, we need to understand that we are living under the New Covenant and it is important not to mix the Old  with the New!

We live under grace and not the law!
