Law or Grace?
Monday Sep 17, 2018
Monday Sep 17, 2018
As a born again believer do you walk your Christian walk under law or grace?
Do you reach out to God through the law and not by faith?
Like John the Baptist, do you question the sufficiency of Christ?
With this message, Pastor Vic exhorts the born again believer to accept that we live under grace and not law; because of Jesus Christ the law is not for the New Covenant, post cross believer.
Listen and you will hear that John the Baptist is a shadow of the Old Covenant law and why it had to be John the Baptist to baptise Jesus!

Do you allow circumstances to negatively influence what you know God has put on your heart?
Through sharing personal testimony, Nunsy Cameron shares how God's Word has given her strength, comfort and assurance during a recent period of doubt.
Just like John the Baptist, we are all capable of allowing circumstances to make us doubt God's plan and purpose for our life.
We need to keep on keeping on and trust the promises of God that are in His Word. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Hebrews 13 v 5.

Revelation #9
Monday Aug 27, 2018
Monday Aug 27, 2018
In the final message of this series, based on the first three chapters of the Book of Revelation, Pastor Vic once again exhorts the listener to know and understand that Our God is loving and compassionate.
We hear that the pastor of the church at Laodicea was lukewarm. This is pointed out to him and he is given loving advice and encouragement to help him get things in line with God.
Traditional teaching has given a wrong understanding of chastisement and repentance; we need to recognise that the Lord is a loving heavenly Father who wants the best for us; right here, right now!

Are you a born again believer who believes that they are not 'good' enough to be used by God?
Do you think that you are not worthy; not strong enough; not mighty enough to be used by God?
Well the good news is that, if you are thinking along those lines, you can and will be used by God!
Listen to God through this message and begin to find out why you can be used by Him!
NB: At 25.06 into the message, Techy Dave reads out a line of Scripture; this has been done due to a recording glitch!

Revelation #7
Monday Aug 06, 2018
Monday Aug 06, 2018
We move into chapter 3 of the Book of Revelation with this message.
We hear, from Pastor Vic, that the pastor of the church at Sardis is being told to stand fast and to not forget that the church is under grace and not law.
This pastor has had a good reputation but, just like the church today, needs to be careful and aware that grace is a gift of faith and not of works.
We are given a warning about slipping into legalism!
NB: Apologies for the electronic interference!

What has Jesus already done?
Monday Jul 23, 2018
Monday Jul 23, 2018
Through being open to God's direction, Pastor Vic, with this message, takes an unplanned break from The Book of Revelation.
This message exhorts us that we need to know, understand and believe, what the Word of God says about who Jesus is and why He came down to earth.
We need to be aware of, 'the tradition of men' - Colossians 2 v 8, and we need to be aware that we are, 'rightly dividing the word of truth.' - 2 Timothy 2 v 15.

Revelation #5
Tuesday Jul 17, 2018
Tuesday Jul 17, 2018
Pastor Vic continues to teach from Revelation 2 and we hear about what Jesus tells John to write to the Church at Pergamos.
Jesus encourages the Pergamos church by letting them know that He sees their good works. However, He also sees things that they need to be warned about; not to be condemned about but to be aware about.
The two issues that Jesus highlights are idol worship and self indulgence.
What does this mean for us today? Have a listen and find out!
At about 10:15 you will hear Techy Dave speak out part of a scripture reading; this is because of a problem with the recording at that point.

Revelation #4
Monday Jul 09, 2018
Monday Jul 09, 2018
With this message, Pastor Vic encourages the listener to know their true identity in Christ and the true nature of God.
When Jesus tells John what to write to the Church in Smyrna, we see Him telling them that there will be tribulation but that they are not to fear anything that they will suffer.
There is no need for the believer to be fearful; just be faithful. Yes, we resist the devil but we submit to God.
God is good and nothing bad comes from God!
